SHIPPING: All orders placed after 2:30 pm (CMT) will be shipped the following business day.All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday.There is NO weekend delivery unless other arrangements are made.
Our parts come from 3 different warehouses: If you DO NOT get all your parts DO NOT GET ALARMED! The rest of your order is coming from a different warehouse!

All OEM CPU's have a 7 day return policy for warranty and will be exchanged only!
NO REFUNDS ON OEM CPU'S!

Your merchandise will be refused and will be sent back to you if you do not RECEIVE AN RMA FIRST!
Rampage Computers will NOT pay for ANY RETURN SHIPPING FEES unless we sent you the wrong item or the item was defective!
All products have a 1 year warranty unless specified otherwise.Some products are warranted through the original manufacture and will be noted as so. There is 15 day return policy with a 15% restocking fee if you are not completely satisfied. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging with all accesories (if any) and NO DAMAGE!
Warranty will NOT be honored if the product is returned damaged either due to shipping or customer misuse.
Rampage Computers reserves the right to refuse any refund if the merchandise is not returned in the condition it was shipped!
All special order products are NON REFUNDABLE!
