To request an RMA you MUST:
1.Send us an e-mail or call to receive an RMA number!
2.You MUST have your original Invoice number!
3.Place your invoice number in the e-mail with RMA in the subject line!
4.Give a brief description of your problem (Warranty or Return)
5.You will receive an e-mail with the RMA number & instructions on how to return your merchandise!
NOTE: Rampage Computers will NOT pay for ANY return shipping fees
unless we sent you the wrong item or the item was defective!
6.PLEASE HAVE A VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS! YOUR PROCESS WILL BE EXTREMELY DELAYED IF WE CAN NOT CONTACT YOU!
